Duration
Through research and pilot study, we have determined that a nine-week program works best for getting optimal results. This program starts with pre-testing and instruction, includes 18 sessions with 16 dedicated workouts on our equipment and ends with post-testing. Workouts will typically take 1.5-2 hours and will occur twice a week at our facility, no less than 72 hours apart to allow for recovery and optimal gains. Completion of a full program brings you guaranteed results and lifts your athleticism to a higher level. For those who want to reach the highest level possible, further advanced training programs are available.

Individual Training
For those athletes seeking the most individualized and focused training, we offer one-on-one instruction. This service is typically used by higher level athletes preparing for combines or walk-on type workouts for collegiate or professional teams. However, it is available to athletes of any age and skill level. The training is more focused to the specific needs of the individual. Athletes training in this atmosphere will see quicker and greater gains. These programs are more expensive but well worth your investment.
